  1. To set the number of frames per second in the new movie:

  3. 1. Choose Compression Settings from 
  4.     the Conversion menu.

  6. 2. Indicate the frame rate in the box
  7.     labeled Frames per Second.
  8.  
  9.     You can also choose the frame
  10.     rate from the pop-up menu.
  11.     The new movie will be created 
  12.     with the number of frames per 
  13.     second you indicate.
